Fushun Longheng Compressor Diaphragm Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2014 and is based in Fushun, Liaoning — one of China's major heavy-industry cities. Drawing on Northeast China's manufacturing heritage and its strength in specialty steel, we focus on core compressor components, engineering precision diaphragms and sealing solutions for customers in China and abroad.
As a dedicated R&D and manufacturing company, Longheng specializes in diaphragms for compressors. Our product line runs from standard industrial grades to fully custom designs, covering super martensitic and austenitic stainless steels, nickel-based superalloys, Hastelloy, and copper alloys — sourced domestically as well as from Japan and the United States. For demanding operating environments, we apply surface treatments such as wet blasting, polishing, nano-treatment, ion beam bombardment, and cadmium plating to improve fatigue and corrosion resistance.
Longheng's team includes engineers with master's degrees and above, with deep experience in materials science and precision machining, and we maintain a long-term joint research partnership with the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. We think of the diaphragm as the heart valve of a compressor — its quality has a direct bearing on how efficiently and safely the whole machine runs. That's why we match every diaphragm to the conditions it will actually face, serving industries including petrochemicals, coal chemicals, metallurgy, air power systems, and refrigeration.
